Blue Cheese Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Non-Fat Sour Cream Or Buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 cup Dijon or dry mustard to taste
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese divided
- 1 tablespoon Pineapple Juice optional
- 1/2 large head green cabbage shredded
- 2 carrots shredded
- 4 green onions sliced thin
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, pineapple juice, sea salt, celery seeds and blue cheese. .. In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, and ½ of green onions. Toss with yogurt mixture and sprinkle with remaining green onions, blue cheese, and parsley.

Here is the easy way:  Use Crumbled blue cheese or even Feta cheese. Add to a container of Bolthouse Chunky Blue Cheese dressing. Its low calorie and carb and yogurt-based. It also works for chicken wings
