Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook and stir until no longer pink, preferably brown, about 10 minutes.
Mixe the cans of sauce and chile in a blender. Taste
Drain off some of the greases, Pour in the sauces. Set the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Stir the and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Add the frozen peas, stir and turn off the heat. Then serve.
