Tumeric Roasted Cauliflower
This easy roasted cauliflower is a fantastic side to pasta, meat, or seafood. It also makes a great healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil or grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 medium garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 large cauliflower about 2½ – 3 pounds, cut into medium florets
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Chop the cauliflower into florets. Peel and mince the garlic.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, then place the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Gently turn the cauliflower from time to time until they are tender with golden brown spots all over, about 25 to 30 minutes.
