Sweet Kale Superfood Salad
Seven superfoods never tasted so good!
Ingredients
- 4 cups baby Kale
- 1 cup green cabbage
- 1/2 cup broccoli slaw
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced Brussels sprouts
- 1 cup chicory
- 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup Panera's poppyseed dressing. (or make your own from our recipe)
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients except the seeds and cranberries
- Chop the Kale, Cabbage, and Chicory
- Mix all ingredients and add dressing to taste
