Ingredients
- 7.5 cups Water
- 1 whole onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 5 tbs corn oil
- 1 diced red pepper diced
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro optional garnish

- Fry the onions with rice til brown add the garlic and fry 30 seconds longer add the water, tomato paste and diced bell cover and reduce to a low boil for 20 minutes
