Caldo Siete Mares Seafood Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs shrimp
  • 3 lbs fish
  • 7-8 snow crab legs
  • 1 12 oz mixed seafood bag
  • Optional 1 fish head for taste.
  • 1-2 can salsa del pato
  • Oregano to your liking
  • 9-12 bay leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Seafood bouillon to taste
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 2 green chile Pasillas
  • 5-6 carrots
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro
  • 2 zucchini
  • 4-5 celery sticks
  • 5 garlic cloves or 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 can tomato sauce. Optional

Instructions
 

  • Saute tomatoes, onions chiles, & garlic.
  • Add salt & pepper
  • Throw in the salsa del pato & oregano
  • Add water. Cover and let it boil. Add the vegetables when the water is boiling. Let the vegetables boil for about 3-4 minutes. Add all the seafood. Taste for more salt or seafood bouillon.
  • Add the cilantro & more oregano if you'd like. Cover let it simmer until seafood is cooked.
