  • 1 lb ground bison buffalo
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup Progresso Italian-style or garlic-herb bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk Or 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion (or granulated onion) finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
